Dentsu Aegis Network Leeds hires senior agency strategist in latest leadership team appointments

Dentsu Aegis Network has announced a number of appointments to its leadership team in Leeds to help drive the next stage of its evolution and achieve its future growth ambitions.
Tim Ainsworth has been appointed as Strategy Director. Ainsworth has already been working with the business as a consultant for six months, prior to which he worked with brands such as Sky, Virgin and Nike during a media agency career spanning 20 years.
Commenting on the appointment Kevin Cunningham, Managing Partner of Dentsu Aegis Leeds, said:
“It’s fantastic to have someone of Tim’s calibre join our senior team. His strategic insight, strong business acumen and true entrepreneurial spirit will be a huge asset to us as we take the next steps on our exciting journey.”
The business also announced the promotion of two long serving senior executives. Andrea Bagan is promoted to Managing Director of Carat Leeds while Pete Coates becomes Head of iProspect Leeds.

“Andrea has been pivotal to the continued growth of Carat in Leeds, helping to secure many new business wins during her time with the business. She is a role model for many of her colleagues and is a brilliant illustration of what can be achieved through ambition and collaboration.
“Similarly, Pete has been integral to the launch of iProspect in Leeds and the subsequent 300% growth we have experienced over the last three years. Both promotions demonstrate the strength of the talent we have within our business and I’m delighted to see both Andrea and Pete continue to progress their careers with us.”
All three appointments take place with immediate effect.
