The Underpin Sports Underpin Uplift series consists of 6 x 1.5 hour monthly uplifting and inspiring talks followed by a 30-minute Q&A session, looking at developing yourself & your team performance in any business environment.

The first event in the series is around why it’s important to never know it all. Our mindset leads to our actions. It leads us to & from success. If we lead, we are role models & our messages have to be clear. The messages we send ourselves are critical to our progress & those we lead. In this talk, you will get an insight into how to send the correct messages, at the right time & understand when our thoughts are helpful before the action is taken.

Purpose.

Duncan McCarthy, Managing Director of Underpin Sports and performance coach, will share his own experiences from working in elite and professional sports and corporate sectors to provoke thought about your own performance and how you lead your own teams.
