So Ren is a new consultancy looking to embed sustainability within organisations. We believe, sustainability should be at the core of every organisation and not just the responsibility of one person, group or department. We believe it should be at the heart of a business’ narrative.

We look to assess a company’s culture in terms of its current activities and initiatives. We then work with companies through a road map for around 18 months to 2 years as a change agent within your organisation. We recognise that sustainability is complex and sometimes it is hard to know where to start. We are able to embed ourselves in your organisation as a ‘sherpa’ until your culture is sustainable without thinking.

Costs are broken down over the length of the contract and the benefits include: attracting and retaining better quality staff, producing purposeful and profitable products or services, being insurable and tender ready.
