• Visit you at your premise to share valuable updates, discuss your business, support with employee meetings or manage complex cases face to face.
• Support with business changes, to include reorganisations and implementing contractual changes, redundancies and TUPE transfers.
• Support you with the recruitment and induction process, providing relevant documentation and ensuring that all pre-employment (such as eligibility to work checks) and first day formalities are seen to.
• Assist with all dismissal, disciplinary and grievance investigations and processes.
• Assist with preventing and addressing discrimination, harassment and bullying in the workplace.
• Advice and assistance on all employee capability issues.
• Support with settlement agreements and ACAS Early Conciliation.
• Proactively keep you up to date with changes in employment law which impact your business and work with you to implement any required changes.
