Monkey Mountaineering

Monkey Mountaineering is a small, Veteran owned, family run adventure travel company based in Ripon, North Yorkshire.

We specialise in providing adventure holidays which we prefer to call ‘journeys’ which are based on travel to the world’s mountainous regions and include an element of adventure in the form of trekking, climbing or mountaineering.

Being a small family run business, we are able to offer that personal touch. Everything we do is focused on ensuring our customers have the best experience possible whilst on one of our journeys.

We offer a range of journeys as ‘standard’ as well as a bespoke service to fit your budget, time available and aspirations, ensuring you get the experience you are looking for.  We also offer mountain based skills training such as learning to rock climb, navigation courses and team building events.

To maximise your experience and chances of success on your chosen journey we keep group sizes to a maximum of six where possible however, a limited number of journeys may have groups of up to eight and of course our bespoke service will accommodate whatever group size you want.
