Jonathon joins to share his NHS Directorship experience of creating and operating the Dragon’s Heart (Surge) Hospital in Wales in record time and in real time the development of a Dragon’s Heart Institute to bottle and amplify the learnings from the Covid Response.

Suraya’s successful 27-year career in the RAF has most recently seen her become the first female Commandant of the Royal Air force Cranwell College. Her background flying the Tornado F3 has seen her participate in numerous operational deployments.

Steven combines his role in fast-growing video games company, Sumo Group with chairing the Board of the Ahead Partnership, a not-for-profit organisation that connects employers, education and public and private sector partners to overcome inequality and grow aspiration and confidence.

With such a variety of backgrounds, all speakers will share their fascinating stories of Purposeful Leadership and how this can make a fundamental difference to the success of any organisation and importantly how you can get started or build on your Purposeful Leadership journey.
