As an experienced user of LinkedIn with a passion for social media networking and business development, I experience how LinkedIn continues to grow in importance to all sizes of organisations, businesses and firms. It has become the business-to-business social media platform of choice for the world’s professionals, making them more productive and successful. I was a practitioner first and then became a presenter, trainer and speaker on the subject. My drive is now to pass this knowledge onto others to make them more successful.
As an entrepreneurial start-up specialist myself, I have a wealth of experience in developing relationships and communities. I have established many companies in my life, so I know what it is like to be at the sharp edge of business development.
I have been a marketer for over 30 years, with a passion for marketing technology, digital disruption and business performance improvement. I have worked with almost every sector of business, charity and education. My clients range from one-man businesses to some of the world’s largest companies.
I value my trusted network a great deal. Consequently, I have a wonderful network of people around me, both on and offline. I find myself connecting people with opportunities almost every week.
Most of my business is in the UK, but I occasionally enjoy working across the globe.
I love what I do. I create engaging events, whether they be training, or speaking at conferences.
As my understanding of LinkedIn gets better and better, so do the results for my clients. I empower business professionals with the knowledge to help them leverage the benefits of LinkedIn. I inspire and motivate them through sharing knowledge, experiences, case studies and examples of best practice. There is a formula – it just needs to be understood.
