A: Achieving successful outcomes for clients.

Q: What’s been your biggest achievement/biggest business mistake?

A: Biggest achievement: paying just 11% tax on everything when selling my 2 companies in 2005.

Biggest mistake: Thinking that industrial/manufacturing B2B companies would spend on advertising in an online magazine with over 250k pa visitors.

I remain involved in The Yorkshire Mafia for 3 reasons 1. There is no "selling" allowed. 2. There is a very wide range of individuals and skills in the group. 3. Being helpful, critical and sharing practical advice in an open forum has brought us significant amounts of new business.
