Hey Big Spenders Panel Unveiled

Leaders in the procurement sector with a combined spend of over £11 billion take their seats on the procurement panel at the North of England’s most impressive B2B conference and exhibition.
Chaired by Ed Winterschladen , Managing Director for the North at Buying Team, the panel, aptly named Hey Big Spenders- will feature leaders from the procurement sector who represent a combined spend of over eleven billion pounds The panel will feature David Smith, Commercial Director for the Department of Work and Pensions, Dietmar Harteveld from Siemens; Shirley Cooper, Past President at CIPS, ex Computacenter Procurement and Director for Europe at WEConnect International; Paul Smith from YPO, and Estelle Mutum .
Delegates will get the chance to quiz the panel, gaining an insight into ‘big business buying’. This session will allow them to gear up and pick the brains of big business buyers and get an insider understanding into how world-class organisations sell value to procurement departments as well as how to interact with decision makers at the proposal and presentation stage. Not only will it be a useful session for career procurement professionals, but it will be a great platform for any business wanting to know what good, continued engagement after a contract award looks like.
Quite often smaller companies enter the world of big business with no consideration for scale, size, complexity or cultural fit.
