On Thursday 13th September, we held The Yorkshire Mafia Golf Open 2012 at Leeds Golf Centre
A huge thank you for everyone who attended, we raised £912.37 in total for St Gemma’s Hospice…
We raised £912.37 in total for St Gemma’s Hospice, which is fantastic!
Simon Blake stole the show with 42 points winning 1st prize and an amazing four day holiday for two at Hilton Head Island, South Carolina with all expenses paid including car rental and two rounds of golf! Courtesy of our sponsor North America Travel Service.
In 2nd place it was Renato Peral, he won one night stay at Residence 6 Leeds and £100 voucher for Glencor Golfing holiday specialists.
There was a competitive streak between all of the teams however Cobbetts managed to win 1st place with 92 points, each golfer received a golf polo and £300 holiday vouchers again courteous of our sponsors North America Travel Service. In 2nd place for the team prize it was Renato Peral again and his team from Levi Solicitors LLP, each golfer won a golf polo and cap plus a wine tasting experience.
Overall, it was a great day even considering the weather conditions and it was lovely to meet all the golfers, particularly as it was my 1st event at The Yorkshire Mafia, hope to see all your faces again in the near future!
